Jerin Thomas

Software engineer. I’m doing a Master’s in Computer Science at UMass Amherst and spent my summer of ’26 on the Amazon Search team. Before that I worked on the advertising tech team at SellerApp and the Infrastructure as Code team at TCS.

I write Go, Java and Python, and these days, thanks to AI, mostly English. I’m interested in distributed systems. Notables is where I work through what I’m learning.

Currently reading Sophie’s World by Jostein Gaarder and Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck.
